I have been selling real estate for over 6 years. The first year I learned of what not to do.  When I met Amy Grand she appeared a little intimidating but was very experienced and professional. Surprisingly she took me under her wing and has been, and still is, my greatest mentor.  Amy and I decided to open our own real estate firm in 2007. The market had changed and deals were getting fewer and fewer. But as a team we hung in there, and today we now have a total of 6 agents and are always looking for others. We are a small company but work together as a team.  I love what I do and enjoy seeing that first time home buyer receive the keys to their new home! I enjoy seeing people upgrade into newer, bigger homes, or downsize into something that fits into their changing lifestyle.
